Definitions and Introduction
In these terms, "baji like", "platform" or "site" refers to the bajilike.cam website and its associated mobile applications. "User", "member" or "you" refers to any person who has registered on or is using this platform.
baji like is an online gaming and sports betting platform that provides casino games, sports betting and live gaming for Bangladeshi users. Accessing or using this platform means the user has fully accepted all the terms set out here.
These terms are written in Bengali and apply to Bangladeshi users. If any part of the terms is unclear, please contact the support team.
Account Registration and Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirement
To open an account on baji like and take part in any betting or casino activity, the user must be at least 21 years old. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. baji like may request the necessary documents to verify age at any time and reserves the right to close an account if satisfactory proof is not provided.
2.2 Single Account Policy
Each user may create only one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, identity document or payment method is prohibited. If multiple accounts are found, all of them may be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.
2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information
All information provided at the time of registration must be completely true, accurate and up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate account closure and cancellation of any pending winnings. It is the user's responsibility to update their profile promptly if any information changes.
2.4 Verification Process
Before the first withdrawal or any large transaction, baji like may request a copy of a national identity card or passport to verify identity. This process is essential to protect the account and ensure the security of the platform.
Account Security and Responsibility
The user is personally responsible for keeping their login credentials — username and password — completely confidential. Sharing login details with any third party is strictly prohibited. If there is any concern about unauthorised access to the account or suspicion of a stolen password, the support team must be notified immediately.
The user is responsible for all activity carried out from their account, even if that activity occurred without their knowledge, provided they did not report it in time. baji like is not liable for any loss resulting from a third party using an account.
It is recommended to keep two-factor verification (OTP) enabled as an additional layer of security. An OTP may be sent to the registered mobile number at the time of login.
Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
baji like currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank). These methods can be used for both deposits and withdrawals.
4.2 Minimum Amounts
The minimum deposit amount by any method is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Transactions below the set minimum amounts will not be processed.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time
Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. If the verification process is not complete or a security check is required, it may take somewhat longer. The withdrawal amount must be within the available balance of the account.
4.4 Transaction Terms
The payment method used for a deposit must be registered in the user's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. If a transaction fails due to a technical error, contact the support team immediately.
4.5 Cryptocurrency
baji like does not accept any cryptocurrency payments. Any transaction made with cryptocurrency will be rejected, and baji like will not be liable for any related loss.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will add a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,000; the wagering requirement on this bonus is ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000. The bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
5.2 Other Promotional Offers
baji like offers various regular promotions including weekly reload rewards, cricket festival bonuses and slot bonuses. Each offer has its own wagering requirements and validity period, which should be read before claiming the offer.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
Taking unfair advantage of bonuses or using them in a strategic manner is prohibited. If baji like finds any evidence of bonus abuse, it reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus and any winnings derived from it, and to close the account. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.
5.4 Bonus Expiry
Each bonus has a specific validity period. If the wagering requirements are not met before the expiry, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be automatically cancelled. The applicable validity period is stated in the details of the relevant offer.
Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 Conditions for Placing Bets
Once a bet is finalised, it cannot be changed or cancelled. It is recommended to re-check the selected event, odds and amount before confirming a bet. If a bet is not accepted due to a technical issue, it will be considered void.
6.2 Odds Changes
Odds may change up until the event starts. The odds at the time the bet is confirmed are final. For live betting, odds change rapidly during play, so there may be a difference from the odds displayed.
6.3 Event Cancellation or Postponement
If a sports event is fully cancelled, the bet amounts placed on that event will be refunded. If an event is postponed and later completed, it is generally settled according to the result, though a different policy may apply in specific circumstances.
6.4 Casino Games
Results of slots, live casino and other games are determined by a random number generator (RNG) or a live dealer. RTP information for any game can be found on that game's own page. In case of a dispute regarding a game, the server log data will be considered final.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on baji like:
- Attempting to access another user's account or carrying out any unauthorised activity.
- Using any software, bot, script or automated method to place bets or play games.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund processing.
- Identifying technical errors or vulnerabilities in the platform and exploiting them for unfair advantage.
- Operating an account or conducting betting activity on behalf of a minor.
- Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage (collusion).
- Attempting to pass the identity verification process with false information.
- Presenting oneself as an employee or representative of baji like.
If any of the above activities are identified, the account may be immediately suspended or permanently closed and the associated balance may be forfeited. Legal action may also be taken in serious cases.
Account Suspension and Closure
8.1 Closure by baji like
baji like reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice for the following reasons: breach of terms, fraudulent activity, failure to complete account verification, prolonged inactivity or in the interest of platform security.
8.2 Closure by the User
Any user may close their own account if they wish. To do so, they must contact the support team. Before the account is closed, the opportunity to settle any pending bets and withdraw the available balance will be provided, though any active bonuses will be cancelled.
8.3 Inactive Accounts
If there are no transactions or bets for 12 consecutive months, the account will be considered inactive. To reactivate an inactive account, it may be necessary to contact the support team and verify identity.
Personal Information and Privacy
By registering on baji like, the user consents to the collection and processing of their personal information. The information collected is used only for account management, identity verification and improving the platform's services.

baji like does not sell or share personal information with third parties except as required by law. It may be necessary to share information with partner organisations for security verification, but this is always done in accordance with data protection principles. User data is protected through SSL encryption.
Limitation of Liability
baji like is not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from use of the platform — such as loss caused by technical disruptions, loss of internet connection or the actions of third parties.
Participation in betting and casino games carries financial risk. baji like does not guarantee winnings and accepts no responsibility for losses. Each user operates on this platform of their own free will and with full awareness.
If an incorrect result is displayed due to a server error or technical fault, baji like reserves the right to correct it. The corrected result will be considered final.
Responsible Gaming
baji like always supports responsible gaming. Gaming is for entertainment — not as a means of income. Avoid betting beyond your means. Every user is encouraged to set their own limits on their play.

General Provisions
12.1 Changes to Terms
baji like reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes through the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
12.2 Dispute Resolution
For any dispute or complaint, please contact the support team first. Support is available 24 hours a day via live chat and email in both Bengali and English. If you are not satisfied with the support team's decision, you may submit a formal complaint.
12.3 Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be fully effective. The invalid provision will be replaced with the nearest workable alternative.
12.4 Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with the service terms described on our About Us page, constitute the entire agreement between the user and baji like. Any prior oral or written understandings are superseded by this agreement.
12.5 Language
The Bengali version of these Terms and Conditions is the official version. In the event of any conflict between a translation and the Bengali version, the Bengali version shall prevail.
